Gentoo project management provides construction and consultancy services to the Bereavement Services sector. We understand that for most Clients, refurbishment, upgrade and new-build projects are the exception not the rule: we will guide you through the process to ensure Quality, Compliance and Value for Money.

We have assisted Clients on projects ranging from simple upgrades of plant and equipment to extensive refurbishment works (often to listed buildings) and new-build developments. We offer a full range of services from feasibility studies to complete turnkey solutions (managing the project from concept through planning and construction to finished article).

 

We recognise that for many Clients the need to remain operational throughout a project is essential: which is why we have given every project we’ve undertaken the option to remain operational and why every crematorium with the exception of one has selected to remain so during the works.

Gentoo Project management will work with you to manage project risk (programme, scope and budget) and ensure that the impact of any work undertaken is minimised allowing the Client to maintain operational capability and revenue throughout the project.
